Add client logins to your sheet, then run a sync — every company appears here with its notice counts.
Your team members — add them here so notices can be assigned to the right person.
Add your clients' GST logins (three ways), review the list, and run a sync whenever you want an update.
1 · Add your clients
Paste your sheet's share URL. Share it as Anyone with the link → Viewer (or Publish to web). Needs a username column and a password column; an optional name/client column is used as the label.
2 · Client logins
No clients yet — add them above.
3 · Run sync
Important: Wrong captchas can lock GST accounts for hours. With Auto-pilot on, each client's captcha is solved by 2Captcha and submitted automatically — one auto attempt per client, then it stops for manual entry. Syncs run only when you start them.
Sync history
What do these syncs do? (tap to read)
⟳ Full sync — logs into every client's GST account and checks for new notices, orders and replies. Start it whenever you want fresh data.
⚡ Catch-up sync — only re-checks clients that are new, previously failed, or haven't synced in a while. Fast, and runs automatically whenever needed.
📎 Document pass — downloads notice attachments (PDFs) that aren't saved yet. Runs automatically every couple of hours until everything is stored.
👤 Single client — a sync for one specific client, usually started from the Companies page.
Everything here happens on your office computer and is recorded permanently — refreshing this page never loses history.
4 · Document health
Every notice's attachments, verified against storage. Anything pending is fetched the next time you run a sync — use “Download pending papers now” to fetch them straight away.
5 · Live activity
Everything the sync system does, as it happens — which client it's working on, what it fetched, what it's retrying, and anything that needs you. History kept for 3 days.
